Sarah Roppoli

Senior Project Manager

Sarah has been in the design and construction industry since 2010, and has since gained valuable experience in commercial interior design and commercial office furniture roles, as well as residential new construction. Sarah ran her own business designing and building custom homes for 8 years before transitioning to commercial construction. Her experience in commercial design and construction serves as a strong foundation for her to collaborate with various  stakeholders. Her commercial project experience includes many high containment and R&D laboratories in addition to higher education and corporate projects. Her wide project experience makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Brandon Wells

Senior Project Manager

Brandon oversees the execution of the project, from estimating and schematic design phase through project completion. He is responsible for daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of the project to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. Brandon has more than 29 years of experience in construction, with more than 20 years spent in commercial construction.

Ann Chabral

Controller

Over the past three decades, Ann has gained valuable experience in the field of construction accounting. She is extremely knowledgeable about business operations best practices and has a keen understanding of a project’s lifecycle. Her expertise and talents are greatly valued in our daily operations and the administration of our business. Ann manages our AP and AR teams, spearheads all accounting methods and processes, as well as leads our compliance efforts and guidelines.

Thomas White

Vice President / Field Operations

As Vice President, Field Operations, Thomas is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance/quality control of field personnel and execution of the project, from the estimating and schematic design phase through project completion. Prior to joining Cox & Co, Thomas held a Senior Project Manager position with O’Neal Scoggins, where he successfully managed scheduling personnel and deliveries, material takeoff and procurement, safety protocols, and QC reviews in the field to ensure work is installed to the highest standards.

Chris Graeff

Vice President / Operations

As Vice President, Operations, Chris is responsible for overseeing the execution of the project, from the estimating and schematic design phase through project completion. Chris brings over thirteen years of experience in construction and facility management. Prior to joining Cox & Co, Chris held a facility management position with Norfolk Southern, where he successfully managed multiple construction projects and more than five facilities, totaling over one million square feet.

Greg Cox

President and CEO

As President and CEO of Cox & Co, Greg is responsible for leadership and management of the construction workforce to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and on budget. He closely monitors the schedule and cost projections of each project, and chairs client meetings to communicate project progress and ensure we have the necessary resources to meet the changing needs of each client and project. In addition to his 18 years of construction experience, Greg brings a strong resume of multi-phased, laboratory and Class A Office space renovations to the team.
