With over 20 years of experience, Greg brings a wealth of industry knowledge from the various types of projects he has completed for major fortune 500 companies, healthcare providers, and institutional clients. He has successfully managed the completion of millions of square feet of interior projects including, law firms, corporate offices, healthcare facilities, mission critical, and research facilities. Greg's attention to detail and meticulous schedule management, have led to his ability to create long standing client relationships and build confidence that Cox and Company will deliver on each project commitment.

With experience in both the construction and the facility management industry, Chris has successfully completed several large complex interior projects, including corporate and mission critical environments. Chris has the unique experience of managing projects as an owner's representative and a general contractor, giving him a competitive edge on building while keeping the needs of an owner/property manager in mind. He has also successfully managed large facility portfolio’s, totaling over a million square feet and has been able to implement extensive maintenance plans to reduce cost and increase operating efficiencies. His facility experience ranges from class "A" office space to mission critical spaces, such as data centers and dispatch centers. Chris values the relationships he has built within the industry and understands the importance of adhering to the project's budget and schedule.

Thomas has been working in the Metro Atlanta construction market for the past 30 years. He has worked his way up through the ranks holding positions from carpenter, superintendent, estimator & project manager. His hands-on field experience has given him a unique ability to spot many pitfalls before they become major issues. He has successfully completed a wide array of projects to include surgical centers, medical offices, data centers, law firms, advertising agencies to name a few. Tommy understands the many intricacies of working in occupied spaces and the complex phasing & creative scheduling that may be brought to bear to complete a project on time & on budget.

BRIAN COSTAS

Brian is the Director of Revenue and Compliance. A former Law School graduate of John Marshall, he joins Cox & Co with over fifteen years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate, and the Legal field. Working closely with the leadership team, Brian specializes in new business opportunities and markets, evaluates potential partnerships and alliances, and oversees the development and execution of business development plans. Prior to starting with Cox, Brian was the Director of Capital Markets at Tenth Street Ventures. While at Tenth Street, Brian was responsible for relationships with capital providers; working with Legal, Operations, and finance to secure new sources of funding; and building out scalable processes for reporting on and maintaining access to debt capital. Brian looks to combine his past business and legal experiences to form new relationships with current and future clients.
